These Community Guidelines set the standard for all behaviour on the Taskyro platform. They apply to all Clients and all Partners. By using Taskyro, you agree to follow these rules to help keep everyone safe, respectful, and legally protected.

Taskyro is a real community built on trust. Every interaction should reflect:

- Safety and legal compliance
These guidelines apply to all interactions on Taskyro — including messages, in-person work, reviews, and disputes.
Respectful behaviour
1. Be professional
- Be polite and clearly communicate your intentions.
- Be on time or update the other party promptly if you’re delayed.
- Treat each task as a professional engagement.
2. No discrimination or harassment
Strictly no:
- Bullying or harassment
- Hate speech
- Threats or intimidation
- Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or any protected attribute.
3. Respect property and privacy
- Only access areas required for the task.
- Do not share photos or personal details without consent.
- Treat every home or workplace with care.
Communication and reliability
1. Communicate clearly
- Confirm price, timing, location, and expectations before starting.
- Ask questions before the work starts if anything is unclear.
- Keep all communication inside the Taskyro platform wherever possible.
2. Honour your commitments
- Do not accept or assign tasks you cannot realistically complete.
- Avoid unnecessary cancellations.
- Notify the other party early if something changes with the task or schedule.
Safety and legal compliance
Safety is a shared responsibility. Both Clients and Partners must:
- Follow all applicable Australian laws and safety standards.
- Use appropriate tools and protective equipment.
- Avoid tasks that are unsafe, illegal, or require specialist licensing unless properly qualified.
If a task is unsafe, illegal, or beyond your competence, you should decline it and contact support@taskyro.com.au.
Prohibited behaviour
The following behaviour is strictly banned on Taskyro:
- Violence, threats, or intimidation
- Harassment, abuse, or hate speech
- Fraud, scams, or misrepresentation
- Posting illegal or unsafe tasks
- Circumventing Taskyro payments
- Property damage or theft
- Misuse of the platform (e.g., spam, impersonation, fake accounts)
Serious or repeated breaches may result in an immediate permanent ban and removal from Taskyro.
Reviews and ratings
Reviews must be:
- Honest and factual
- Respectful and relevant
- Based on real task experiences
Taskyro may remove reviews that contain:
- Insults or harassment
- Personal attacks
- Irrelevant or false information
- Attempts to pressure or blackmail
Reporting issues
If you experience or witness behaviour that violates these Guidelines:
How to report
- Report it via the in-app reporting tools, or
- Email support@taskyro.com.au with screenshots and task details.
We may also contact you for more information as part of our review.
Enforcement and consequences
If we believe someone has breached these Guidelines, Taskyro may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning or reminder
- Remove content (e.g., reviews)
- Restrict features
- Suspend or permanently ban an account
- Refer matters to law enforcement where required
We assess issues case-by-case and aim to act fairly, but our primary focus is keeping the community safe and functioning well.
Relationship to Terms & Conditions
These Community Guidelines support the Taskyro Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. If anything conflicts, the Terms & Conditions prevail, but they are interpreted together as part of one framework.
