Posting your first task on Taskyro is designed to be simple, especially during our soft launch in Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. 1) Go to the home screen and tap the Post task call-to-action button. 2) Follow the on-screen instructions and tips. Describe what needs to be done, where it will happen (for example Sydney CBD, Bondi, Coogee, Randwick or other Eastern Suburbs) and any access or parking details. 3) Set your budget and timing. You can choose a total price or an hourly rate and select your preferred date and time. 4) Review everything and publish your task. Once posted, partners near you in Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs will be able to make offers. You will get notified and can review their profiles, stats and reviews before choosing the right partner.

When partners make offers on your task, you can choose the right person by reviewing their profile and track record. 1) Open your task and look at the list of offers. 2) Tap or click the partner’s profile picture to open their full profile. 3) Review their stats, completion rate, experience, bio and any licences or skills they list. 4) Read reviews and ratings from other clients, especially for similar tasks in Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. 5) Check their proposed amount and timing to make sure it matches what you need. You can also message a partner through the task chat to clarify details before accepting an offer. A combination of good reviews, clear communication and relevant experience usually indicates a great match.

Taskyro uses an escrow-style, cashless payment system so both clients and partners are protected. 1) You post a task. 2) A partner makes an offer. 3) You accept the offer. 4) The agreed amount is deducted from your card and held securely in escrow with Stripe. The partner does not receive the money yet. 5) The partner completes the task. 6) You receive a notification to confirm the task is complete. 7) Once you confirm, the payment is captured from your card and released to the partner, minus partner service fees. Clients pay an 8% service fee on each task, with a minimum of 3.99 AUD and a maximum of 22.99 AUD. partners pay a flat 12% service fee on what they earn. Exact fee and breakdown details are shown before you confirm a task. Taskyro does not support milestone or split payments. Each task has a single agreed amount that is held securely and released once the work is approved. All payments are processed securely using Stripe and are tracked inside your Taskyro account for future reference, including tasks completed around Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. Our cancellation policy is the same for clients and partners and is designed to be fair once the task is committed to. If a task has progressed to the assigned stage and someone cancels, a cancellation fee will usually apply. In most cases, whoever cancels will pay 15% of the task amount, or if applicable, the full amount of the task depending on the timing and circumstances. If a task is cancelled before it reaches the assigned stage, fees may be reduced or not charged, depending on the situation. Because each situation can be different, especially for larger jobs around Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs, you should review the detailed policy in our Terms and Conditions. Whenever possible, communicate with the other party through the app before cancelling to see if the task can be rescheduled instead.

Your partner profile is your main way to win work from clients in Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. 1) Use a clear, friendly profile photo that shows your face. 2) Write a detailed bio that explains your experience, the type of work you do (for example moving, cleaning, handyman, deliveries) and the areas you regularly service such as Bondi, Coogee, Randwick and broader Sydney. 3) List your skills, tools and any licences or insurances you hold. 4) Mention any specialist experience, such as apartment moves in the Eastern Suburbs or trade work in Sydney CBD. 5) Keep your availability and service areas up to date so clients can see when and where you work. A complete and honest profile with local knowledge, especially around Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs, will help you stand out and receive more offers.

To make an offer on a task: 1) Go to the browse screen and look through available tasks, including those near you in Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. 2) Tap on a suitable task to open its details and make sure you understand the scope, location and timing. 3) Press the Make an offer button. 4) Enter your desired amount. You will see the partner fees and full breakdown before you continue. 5) Click Next. 6) Write a brief proposal explaining why you are a good fit and how you plan to complete the task. 7) Submit your offer. The client will be notified and can compare your offer with others. Clear proposals and realistic pricing usually perform best.

partners are paid to the Australian bank account connected to their Taskyro profile. 1) In the app, go to Settings, then Payment methods. 2) Add your Australian bank account under Add bank account. 3) Complete tasks as agreed with clients in Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. 4) When a client confirms that the task is complete, funds are released from escrow to your Taskyro balance. 5) Stripe processes payouts on a weekly basis, with funds generally released every Monday, subject to bank processing times, public holidays and Stripe rules. You can see expected and completed payouts in your earnings or payouts section. Only Australian bank accounts can currently be used for Taskyro payouts.

Taskyro charges small, transparent service fees on both sides to support secure payments, support and platform development. partners pay a flat 12% service fee on each completed task. Clients pay an 8% service fee per task, with a minimum of 3.99 AUD and a maximum of 22.99 AUD. On top of this, Taskyro includes a built-in reward system. Clients who complete 10 tasks in a month get their next 2 tasks with no client service fee. partners who complete 15 tasks in a month get their next 2 payouts at a reduced 9% service fee instead of 12%. These fees and rewards help cover features such as dispute support, escrow, payment processing, infrastructure and safety tools for users across Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. You can reset or change your Taskyro password in a couple of ways. If you have forgotten your password: 1) On the login screen, select the option to reset or recover your password. 2) Enter the email address linked to your Taskyro account. 3) Check your email and follow the secure reset link. If you are already logged in and simply want to change your password: 1) Go to Settings. 2) Select Change password. 3) Enter your current password and choose a strong new one. This process is the same whether you are using Taskyro in Sydney, the Eastern Suburbs or anywhere else.

Taskyro is built with data security and privacy in mind, including for users in Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. 1) We host our infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS), a widely used and secure cloud platform. 2) Payments are processed through Stripe, a trusted global payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our own servers. 3) We work with trusted service providers such as AWS, Stripe and Expo to run the platform, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties. 4) Only the data needed to operate the platform (for example your first name and task location) is shared with other users to help them complete tasks safely. If you believe a user has breached our guidelines or made you feel unsafe, we want to know about it. Please email a clear summary of what happened to report@taskyro.com.au. Include: - The email or phone number linked to your Taskyro account. - The name or profile of the user you are reporting. - The task details if the incident happened on a specific task. - Screenshots or evidence if you have them. Our team will review your report and may take actions such as warnings, suspensions or removal from the platform. Serious safety issues, including incidents in Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs, are treated with priority. You can also review expected behaviour in our Community Guidelines.

If something goes wrong on a task, we have a dispute process to help both clients and partners. 1) First, try to resolve things directly in the task chat by explaining the issue clearly. 2) Collect evidence such as photos, screenshots and a summary of what was agreed and what actually happened. 3) Contact Taskyro support with the details of the task and the issue. 4) Our team will review information from both sides. Disputes are generally handled within 2 to 3 business days and you will need to wait for the outcome. Each dispute is assessed case by case, including tasks completed in Sydney and the Eastern Suburbs. Outcomes may include partial refunds, adjustments or other resolutions.
